Win Win? That movie was so forgettable
ReplyDeleteMaybe because it came out back in February it comes across as forgettable, but it always stuck with me. The screenplay is actually generating quite a bit of Oscar buzz.
ReplyDeleteI still need to see a number of these films but I am glad to see Beauty Day on the list. It was one of the pleasant Hot Doc surprises for me this year.
ReplyDeleteI actually did not mind The Lincoln Lawyer, it was not a great film but was not that bad either. Also, finally saw Priest this past weekend...man, is that film awful. I am surprised Bettany agreed to do that film so close after Legion.
Lincoln Lawyer is a sleazy, plot hole ridden mess that doesn't hold up to a single second of rational thought. Its success baffles me
ReplyDeletePriest also makes Legion look like a work of art in comparison.
